The closest comparison

Transendly and EmailStitch both keep the languages of one email together, protect ESP tokens while people translate, and send the result to the ESP. Transendly starts from a finished template you upload; translators are assigned per language and each language has its own approval.

EmailStitch starts one step earlier. You build the template in code or from workspace modules, with brand colors and fonts as tokens, and the languages are part of the same template from the first day.

What gets checked

Transendly lists token protection and, on its Pro plan, QA gating. EmailStitch runs Review on every language version on every plan: dead links, a missing unsubscribe tag for your ESP, merge tags that did not resolve, empty translations, text in the wrong language, a version with a different structure from the first one, and HTML near Gmail's clipping limit.

Review and approval

Both tools record who approved what. In EmailStitch the sign-off has five checks: subject and preheader, plus legal and unsubscribe for each language, then desktop, mobile and links for the shared layout. A share link shows every language side by side for reviewers without an account.

Does either tool translate automatically?

We did not find machine translation on Transendly's homepage; it assigns human translators per language. EmailStitch does not translate for you either: translations go into the grid or come in from Excel or CSV.

Can I bring an existing template into EmailStitch?

Yes. Paste the HTML into a new code template and replace the text that changes per language with translation keys.
